The Center for Geographic Information Systems at Georgia Tech has been a leader in the development and application of geo-spatial technologies for more than 15 years. With a strong track record of interdisciplinary research collaborations at Georgia Tech and across the nation, the Center has helped local, state, and national governments, not-for-profits, and private enterprises in planning, maintaining, and evaluating critical infrastructure for sustainable urban growth.
We are now leading in the development of the next generation of geo-spatial technologies through high-performance and cloud computing and expanding our international presence. We are applying our technological resources to help communities abroad confront economic, social, and climate uncertainties. In addition, we are continuing to strengthen our links to our own neighborhoods and communities.
We welcome your engagement and participation.
